At NBY we appreciate every moment of class as we quiet our minds, relax our bodies and appreciate the nature around us. We will savor every breath inhaled and exhaled as we move purposefully through our postures. We will end class with a most relaxing savasana as we melt into our mats.
So grab your towel and/or mat and come join us!
LOCATION: 1 block north of the Naples Pier. Beach pass and public meter parking available.

Wednesday morning yoga classes will resume on October 9th at 10 am. All Wednesday morning classes will be at 10 am at the beach (same location at Saturday classes). Classes will be taught by Demet.
Demet sets the tone of class with her loving, peaceful presence and genuine smile. She shows up for you with her highest level of authenticity. She will inspire you and motivate you and she leads you through a beginner yoga class. Class focus changes each week. Make this part of your weekly routine and join Demet each Wednesday.

My name is Shawn King and I am a nurse practitioner and yoga instructor. I work with the stroke program here in Naples and have a huge passion for the work I do. I received my yoga training in Goa, India where I focused on Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga. If I’m not in the hospital, odds are, I’m on my yoga mat teaching or practicing. As an experienced Yoga Instructor, my goal is to help you live your best life by connecting your body and mind with breath and movement. I believe in incorporating the elements of nature to help relax the body and mind. I incorporate a variety of traditional practices in movement, breath, and meditation to help each student practice their own unique form of yoga. Improved balance strength, flexibility and a calm mind are just a few of the benefits you will experience through a regular yoga practice. Are you ready to make a positive change in your lifestyle? YOGA LOCATION
We continue to have our classes at the north side of the Naples Pier. I love this location. There is plenty of parking for both beach pass and meter parking & bathrooms available. Perfect location for walking to the farmers market, cafes or coffee shops after class.
MY CLASSES
All ages and all levels welcome! Just bring a towel or mat and water. All classes are 50-60 minutes. Please message me if you have any questions about the classes.

Beach Yoga Flow is perfect for students looking for a meaningful mind-body experience on the mat. Get ready to stretch and strengthen your body while enjoying the sounds of the waves. This class begins with a breathing exercise and then we move in some stretches. We will focus deepening our flexibility, strengthening our muscles and improving our balance. We end this class in a relaxing savasana. This class is for everyone. Modifications for all levels.
Sunset Beach Yoga is the perfect way to wind down at the end of your day. We will focus on releasing stress and calming the mind. We will enjoy the sights and the sounds nature provides us as we move through a yoga flow class. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you refine your form. This is a popular one, so mark your calendar. See you on beach at sunset!
